What you're agreeing to.
- SaaS subscription billed monthly or annually per the order form. Starter is terminable any time with 30 days notice; Growth and Enterprise follow the order-form term.
- Fair-use API limits enforced at the tenant level. No per-call metering on the published tiers.
- 99.9% uptime target on the production stack, measured monthly. Status page is the source of truth.
- We own the software, you own your data. Export is always available; we never hold data hostage.
